As a regular contributor to MSE I will be very interested in your views on the first group if your accepted. Run by Tony Taylor an ex PPC employee who now runs his own appeals company. He first started warning people against using appeals companies, then recommended KIFL who you probably know from the forums, and yes I do know the history, he then made KIFL admin of the group the company went down Tony took it back on and now uses it to recruit for his own business. He may have changed but in old POPLA days he spent a lot of time advising people to ignore, he dealt with IPC the same as POPLA and was a great one for producing stickers for your car claiming contract agreements if ticketed. He has videos on You tube tackling wardens etc. Personally I'm banned from the group as although I very rarely contribute on here I couldn't sit back on the facebook group and let people be told Ignore, they have no power, they are non enforceable etc.etc.

I have read and know all about this but he doesn't have any ties to Tony Taylor's company he was only mentioned as he got involved with the facebook page at one stage. I have no idea how good/bad the new appeals company is and I'm not really that interested but I am quite interested what The Deep thinks of the facebook page if he gets accepted. My experience is that it attracts a more volatile participation with a number of people prepared to give advice with no experience and the problem is there seems little control over that advice.

I suggest you haven't checked Nominet and the third phoenix of PTAS https://www.appealparkingticket.co.uk and see who that is registered to and where the domain points to ?

    Domain name:
    appealparkingticket.co.uk

    Registrant:
    Tim Curgenven

    Registrant type:
    UK Individual

    Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

I am more interested how you cite yourself as being a regular poster on MSE with so few posts to the name and at this rate you will have doubled your postings just on this thread alone.
