What stops you making up a business name and say your a sole trader that's not vat registered?

Pretty often some dealers even aim to (mis)sell business contracts to regular customers. Typically, such customers get terrible PITA and no consumers' protection.

Most decent LLU providers offer an unlimited broadband service (subject to FUP as ever), so how 'massive' are your requirements that this is not sufficient for your needs?
