I've been told I can't reclaim compensation for a flight delay of over 3 hours as the flight takes 2hrs 50mins it get it its destination. However Jet2 won't tell me what time the flight landed as I'm sure we got to our destination over 3 hours late. I don't know how to find this information can anyone help??
