I'm also heading for minimalist heaven and selling of all my clutter on the way....win-win.
Said goodbye to a pool table and a large set of IKEA wooden shelves so am 400 better off. The house is beginning to look a little bit empty now, and it's a bit sad packing stuff into boxes (the photos all went away today). We're not actually moving until the end of July but I want everything done soon so that I can enjoy the last few months here without any 'work' to do.
Tomorrow we have a firm arriving early to check our drains for leaks. if they find any we'll have to pay to re-line them which will be expensive so I am hoping everything will be fine....Trying to keep in budget.

Another £6 to add from pinecone.
I don't think I can add it, but they also sent us some dessert to trial last week which would've cost us a good fiver if we had bought it once it came out. And knowing OHs love of their products, we would have ended up buying it at some point
Rather blinkin' tasty it was too!!£10 a day 2017 - APR £60.12 / MAR £82.24 / FEB £142.82 / JAN £241.240 -

Really need to get organised and start doing apps and stuff properly again.
Since starting this job, even though only 3 days, its cutting into my life lol. I just wish it was 3 consecutive days, not spread out.0 -

Hope no expensive leaks. I am in admiration of your decluttering and how well it is going.0 -

I really didn't even consider us cluttered prior to that - not by most peoples standards anyway, but you're right, the stuff HIDES!!! I have a 'selling cupboard' and every time I get rid and empty it, I go and refill it from around the house so that I can see and therefore be irritated enough by it, to get on with shifting the next batch. Those hidey-holes are finally getting empty now. It does take time, but it can be done. Keep plugging at it
I like your thinking. I am just filling my cupboard of doom.it doesn't seem to be going down.
Although yesterday after giving gaway my son's trampoline, I did chuck out some stuff from the shed as it was mouldy and old. We weren't using a lot of it and with the roof leaking,it went mouldy0 -

Good luck and well done to everyone so far x
Good luck and hope you get it done.0 -
I've had quite a good day today. I've resold an item that had :T:Ta non-paying bidder a few weeks ago, reduced the price a little but pleased to have a paying bidder and money in the bank. I counted this the first time so will just knock off the reduction.
I've also sold a textbook on Amazon for £45, done a Prolific study for £1.45 and a mystery shop for £10.
Well done!!! :j:T0 -

Try as I might I swear the clutter seems to increase the more I get rid of any:mad:. And it's definitely not new, replacement clutter;)
I think it just looks more as a lot of it was so jam-packed into whatever hidden space I'd stashed it in (to sort out later, honest:o) that once it's released into open sight it's taken over.
Am having a blitz in the kitchen today actually, mainly because the man is coming to do our annual oil boiler service first thing tomorrow morning. It's wonderful what embarrassment can do:eek:. It's also our recycling collection day tomorrow so once it leaves the house I know it's definitely gone. No giving it a temporary home in the sheds or garage from now on. Why do I save every plastic container that foodstuffs come in, meat trays, etc. And as for boxes that might come in handy for posting things I've sold on line........ They're never the right size for what I want to post so out they're going.
Right, back to work:(
You can do it. Keep going soon it will all be gone and you won't know what to do with the space.
Ds was asking me about some of his toys tonight. I have a feeling I donated them to the charity shop..... He won't be too happy when he finds out.0 -

Thanks for this reminder, I found I had the offer too and have accepted it. Now I just need to make time to find and list some more items! Think I'll have another trawl through my clothes and list any that are too small, as these have sold quite well, no big sales but all adding up nicely.
If anyone doesn't know where to find their ebay listing offers, go to your Selling page, then page down right to the bottom of the page, you will hopefully see some offers there.0
