I don't think so. This rate is fixed for first 12 months and then reverts to 1% gross p.a./ AER variable afterwards.

Why not take 5% for 12 months? You can consider your options when the 12 months deal comes to an end.
Your options:- 0% on £2,500 for the next 12 months = £0.00
- 5% on £2,500 for the next 12 months = £122
