  • It's not strictly relevant, but surely you can't use ANPR to record a motorcycle in and out - the bike only has a numberplate on the back...

  • Thanks for the replies everyone :)

Yes, it is infact NPE and it was CCTV, I did not see an ANPR system at the site.

I have spent hours reading through the site and it has some excellent information, I am still not quite sure what to do next though, do I reply to the letter or leave it for now?

    Thanks all!

only you can answer that ......

the forum advice is to ignore all unless it is LBC or court papers after doing the IPC /IAS template ...........

there are plenty of threads with differing advice re further appeals .... for and against ........ in the end it matters nor .....

you will not win such an appeal:eek:

A further letter to the hotel management asking for who is the

'named person' and what holiday dates he/she has this year ....

because if it gets to court (unlikely) they will be called .......

this is again ... unlikely .... but may just gee them up a bit;)

    good luck

Thought this was clear (below)? It is s strain when people stay on their own thread asking for advice to be repeated that's already here for the sake of a quick search. This is done to death EVERY DAY when we get IPC threads.
My view is not to bother with IAS and just sit tight, but you would find that with just ten minutes of reading other threads about IPC firms.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
