Switching broadband from Orange - help

Hi. I want to switch my broadband away from Orange to another provider and I understand I need to get a MAC code from them to do that. The only problem is, I can't get through to them to request the number!
I have tried the 01642 732793 listed on saynoto0780.com instead of their premium 0870 8720099 number but it keep ringing engaged all the time.
Has anyone got another number that I could get through to them on / any advice as to what to do?

I just dug around a bit and found another number - 0845 6717125. I got through on this an managed to request to MAC code.
I hope this number may be of use to someone else.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
