how about typing the word gladstones into the search box?, whilst you are searching , you might even find the "newbies" section , the one that says "please read first"

look carefully at your letter , gladstones are solicitors and debt collectors , if the words "notice before legal action" are used , then they are in solicitor mode , if it says "pay us" (with an inflated price) chances are they are in debt collector mode

edit: I suspect the letter relates to this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4385769

It's just another debt collector letter following DRPlus and Zenith letters.

    Search the forum for 'Gladstones'.

Here is a search of pepipoo forum for the same, whcih gives you an idea of how much info is already one each parking forum once you know how to search and find what you need (much better than staying on your own thread in isolation):

    http://lmgtfy.com/?q=gladstones+debt+collector+site%3Aforums.pepipoo.com

That will load itself and give you loads of information and examples of responses if you want to respond. Please read the results. You do not have to respond to any debt collector letter.

Different if you get a 'Letter before Claim' but you'll read about the difference in various existing Gladstones threads when you search here and read the pepipoo results.

Always best to read what is already on a forum, first.

    As IT says above.

Gladstones are all part of a huge sham called IPC who claim to be adjudicators within the parking industry. IN REALITY, they have become a huge joke and simply cannot be trusted, its a sham setup to extort money from innocent motorists

SO, SEE HERE ABOUT GLADSTONES and how they actually cost private parking companies who are stupid enough to employ their shady service.

How Gladstones are allowed to scam people could be answered by your local MP
