    you might get discount if buying on hp if paying cash doubtful if you'll get any discount

    Either way make sure you get the free tank of fuel/free mats/free service etc or whatever you can haggle

    How long is a piece of string?
    Make your offer to the seller, worst they can do is decline, you wouldn't have lost anything financially.
    They may offer incentives for taking out finance.

    Yep. I've paid the asking price for my last two cars. But they were the cheapest in the UK at the time - both were from Toyota dealers who ran a different business model to the "lets spend all day haggling" approach.

    This is where autotrader is helpful

    Its a finance deal called solutions. Deposit, x a month then after 41 months pay a remaining amount to purchase
