Talk Talk Live Chat Disappearance

Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker

Has anybody else found that a live chat option no longer appears when trying to contact TalkTalk? The only option that ever pops up for me now is to call them, and it's been like this for weeks. I've tried many different combinations on the dropdown menus, too.

    They don't like to Talk Talk at Talk Talk. I expect all the 'chat' staff have left this awful company, if they have any sense. :)

    Could just be a lack of staff, or possibly a busy period (where they'd prefer staff to be on the phones) or transitioning to a new system?

    Three did a very similar thing recently and had their live chat offline (or barely online) for about 2-3 weeks.

    Wouldn't it make more sense to tell us why you are trying to contact them than solely complain about the fact that their live chat is down?

    TT waste of time now. Just lost another customer, even CEO isn't bothered anymore . Just had a conversation with manager at CEO office, waste of time
