After five years of operation, Kalixa Payments Group has taken the strategic decision to close the Kalixa Pay programme; as a result your account will be closed. We are writing to all our customers to explain what this decision means for them.

Kalixa Pay Closure

From (and including) Monday 23rd May 2016 it will no longer be possible to use your Kalixa Pay account to perform any transactions. This includes the ability to load funds, use your Kalixa Pay card online or within store retail outlets to purchase goods or services, withdraw money from an ATM or transfer funds to another Kalixa Pay customer.

Whilst your Kalixa Pay account and card will remain active until Monday 23rd May 2016 we recommend that, from today, you do not load any additional money to your account and that you spend the remaining balance before Monday 23rd May 2016.

Please check the frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) found here for more information about how to obtain a refund of any remaining balance on your account and any other questions about the service closure you might have.

Now for the good news! We're offering all Kalixa Pay customers the chance to move over to KiTTi, which works just like Kalixa Pay but with more bells and whistles. With KiTTi you get a free prepaid MasterCard, a beautiful app for your smartphone and the option to invite your friends to join in the KiTTis you create.

And because you’re a Kalixa Pay customer, there’s no registration process – we’ll set you up and move your money over as soon as you ask us to. Just login to check your details are all correct we’ll get your KiTTi Card in the post.
