UK mail, say parcel has been delivered, it has not.

We have been waiting in all week for a parcel from an ebay seller. I checked online and there was a link from the item to a UK mail delivery checker, showing it was out for delivery from their Middleton depot. Have you thought of complaining to the ebay seller? For extensive delay and damage they are able to claim money back from the cost of the postage, which they could pass on to you.
