Yes I have a diary. Finding it helping motivate me tuck those extra pounds away.
Oh wow 5 I bet they keep you busy. We'd love a
Husky but with our work pattern it wouldn't be fare at the moment.
I ran a half marathon last year...my first one to shift the baby weight. I didn't train as much as I'd of liked too and think I'll sign up for another one once this baby is here.
Great news on the mortgage lender. Would the interest rates be really high though? I know sometimes they are when lending previous poor credit. I wish you could show your diary and progress and them be like oh yours on the right track I'll give you a hand. The world doesn't work like that unfortunately. X
i can have 2-3 beers being honest any more than that and the next day i get super super low. i take a med called quetiapine which does mix well with alcohol.
Re the huskies it bloody hard at the minute as we cant walk them when the temps are plus 13 degrees c but we have a big garden we let them run around in that. its just a shame we have the neighbours we do.
re running i did my first full 2 years back up in northumberland and swore never too again but i am going too try entering another full later in the year. I was fine till 16miles then it was pure pain the next ten miles lol.debts 16550

It's tough not being able to drink if you enjoy a drink but if it helps stabilise your moods it's worth it. Have you tried in alcoholic beer. I enjoy a beer or two but with being pregnant can't. I find a couple of non alcoholic ones in the sun curb my cravings. X
Its bloody hard my problem was it took me years too get a diagnosis, my gp is very medication based as a solution and wasnt open too me speaking with a psychiatrist. I had chatted with a family friend whose a psychiatric nurse and she said by my symptoms/mood etc i had either cyclothymia or bipolar, i went too my gp with this diagnosis and he still wouldnt refer me.
I had too go through axa/work etc and get a counselling referral too before my gp would refer medebts 16550
