A very quiey day for me i met my oh for breakfast at the local toby carvery she had being on nights (she even paid :-) )
The food was nice but the two local chavs who sat behind us did my head in.
The rest of the day has being spent working through online surveys.
Me and my partner have struggled a lot as a couple the past 3-6 months my illness has probably being at its lowest ebb, i have had suicidal thoughts i have had various medication dose changes which have took me from sleeping not at all too 14-16 hours a night. I am currently going through counselling but i dont feel its helping my counsellor is like talking too howards girl friend from the big bang theory lol.
I havent spent anything today i walked too the toby carvery 2 miles, my oh is complaining i look like a hillbilly i am pulling off the sean conway look quite well. I havent shaved in 4-5 weeks, and my hair is a frecking mess. Going out has being hard the last few weeks, i have quite bad agrophobia as well as bipolar. My dogs have being getting walked at 6am but other than that i have struggled going out.debts 16550

It's hard when it feels like your partner is taking the heat. But they might be totally fine with it. I would be if my husband was ill. In sickness and in health right." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
