a real boring boring day for me

a no spend day too

i had the first full nights sleep in weeks 11pm till 1pm a long time for me yes i know but its the first time i have slept over 2-3 hours at a time in weeks.

pluses today 98p cash back hit my paypal
and i am getting slowly closer too my 40 quid drop down point on onepoll.com 26quid ish.

on a personal level life sucks my and my oh are not speaking

A minor spend day for me today 1.40 on 6 pints of milk lol

Today i am feeling loads and loads better i was listening too the hairy bikers rock show (radio show on planet rock)

I heard an advert for Calm see the link below, i then went straight online and chat with one of there counsellors for an hour. Its was good too chat with someone Switzerland/neutral. I want too get control back i dont feel like me at the minute.

Guys with mental illness issues will understand this as a bloke try talking too your mates re how your feeling and they will run a mile. Mine all have.

Can putting in car insurance quotes damage your credit rating and can looking at what you have in the way of offers on clear score do the same.

The reason i ask this is my noddle credit score has dropped from 515 too the 440's the only things i have done is twice got quotes for car insurance, and once done a quote for van insurance.

Well after twelve month i have decided too shut my debt management plan with step change its being a little while coming but i am going too manage it myself.

I dont like that my credit file shows i am late on 3-4 debts i am in default with even though step change are making them monthly payments. Plus stepchange work in a strange way ie paying a fortune too smaller debts whereas a debt for 5500 gets 15-20 pounds pm

I have paid off just shy of 1100.

Well thats me in a better position than i was, 30 in from global test market yesterday, i am nearly there with power of opinions another 50 points needed. Uk toluna is at 148000points ish and i am at 85 points on opinion outpost.

Stepchange are yet too get in touch since i said hasta la vista.

I will post up all my debts later, theres quite a few. I have spoken with Barclays bank and agreed a more substantial payment package, but it still leaves me 200 a month too clear off my other debts.

I have 2 survey accounts nearly at payout point i really really need the money its being a tough few months financially i dont know how people survive on ssp.

For anyone that hadnt fully read my diary before now i have cyclothymia which is similar too depression but for the past year i have really struggled with anxiety/sleep issues and long periods of low mood.

I am scared a tiny bit but i am hoping too get back too work on monday i cant survive on 88pounds pw. Its horrible having mental illness as i am going back too work once again and i am no where near fit enough too return.

Every little helps and all that just dropped £2.50 from opinion outpost and thats gone straight off a debt i have for pra group £36.31 to go and thats another one bites the dust.

Needs must i was off ill beginning of the year and my work paid sickpay has ran out. My gp/counsellor say i am 2-3 months away from being ready but we cant survive on 400 per month.
