So what happened?
basically we put in a complaint to the bank on tuesday after the debit card disputes turned us down due to the purchase being over 120 , as we have proof that we 1st made Contact with them within 60 days, and after that 1st request for documents to support our case they didnt reply to emails (we have the automatic response emails) or phone calls (asking for power of attorney which the already have and would not except the branch managers word on) and messed us about, today the bank phoned and asked for all the details dates, costs etc etc, they tried to talk to the disputes department who were unhelpful to them as well, so the main bank themselves agreed we were treated badly by everyone and the fairest out come is to refund for the bed plus compensation for poor service plus a little extra towards phone calls and postage etc,0 -
