It is a sign!. Two possible scenarios:

(i) Pay it back, spend your winnings on something nice, don't ever bet again, happiness.

(ii) Keep it, keep betting, lose it all, then be chased for what you owe, misery.

Online betting companies are worth literally billions, all made from the losses of regular gamblers. The only sure thing about gambling is that in the long run you will lose.
