Three Mobile is "sad" today. Why does Three use baby language?

Why does Three Mobile write to its customers using baby language, " ... You can chose to leave us, This would make us sad ... if you fancy a shiny new phone ... "
Oh well, Three Mobile must be sad today. Having written to me more than doubling the price they more or less offered me the previous price when I tendered 30 days' notice. There are better deals without Three's nonsense.

If they wrote we are giving you 30 days notice because we are not doing the one plan no more but if you want to stay then its going to cost you £30 a month if not nice knowing you we will send you a pac code so you can go somewhere else Good Bye.
Then you would be complaining because they where to abrupt with you....You can't have it all your own way they are scrapping the one plan and there's nothing you can do about it apart from leave and go to another network.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0 -

I was with 3 for many years on the £15 all you can eat data, but last year they put the price up to £20. So I asked for my PAC and moved to Vectone £10 bundle 3000min 3000 text, 5GB Data and vectone to vectone calls and text free, what more can I askWhat happens if you push this button?0

Still the best deal for me by a long way even with a small price increase. Looked at alternatives like the Voda £20 deal but its data coverage is really poor where I need it compared to Three.
Great thing is people are free to find a better solution for their needs.0 -
They were elated when people left the one plan, could not get rid of them fast enough, gold star to every employee that dumped one plan customer.
Now it has just dawned on them they have hardly any customers left, nobody wants to be a new customer and they have ***** it !I do Contracts, all day every day.0
