Best deal for internet at rental flat

Hi all,
I'll keep this short but due to adverse property circumstances in my area I have a flat which I've put on AirBNB for short term rentals to help cover the mortgage until a long term solution is found, I have a lot of people asking about WiFi but as there are times when the flat is empty I'd be carrying the additional cost so currently there is no active landline or internet.
Would anyone have knowledge of the cheapest and easiest way of offering WiFi to guests?
I'd also prefer not to be tied into a contract in case I need to cancel.
Thanks in advance

Is their a phone line and are you paying phone line rental .
Wifi via phone line broadband package including line rental .
Or via mobile WiFi dongle .

the easiest way would be to get the phone line turned on , and get one of the "free" 12 mth ADSL packages (sky/talk talk etc) have the master socket moved to a safe location (locked cupboard) and leave a router set up , this way you would not have "guests" using the phone , this would cost you about £17-18 per month , which you add onto the rental costsSave a Rachael
