If you want to practise Scots Law then the only option is doing an accelerated LLB, there's no conversion course for Scots Law as there is in England and Wales. There's little chance of funding for this so a CDL (or a well paid part time job or savings) is probably the only option.

then can do post grad with open university? Can do it part time would be much cheaper if they started this year , can pay for it monthly and would still have time to work?
