BT Mastercard £125 Voucher

Fellow Forum Members. Here is my problem..
In January liked the look of the BT Fibre Broadband/phone offer....inc a refund of their "connection charge" and postage on new router PLUS a Mastercard £125 voucher....
Trouble was I could'nt apply on-line ( which was the only method to obtain the goodies) due to a problem with BT's website. After many tries I phoned BT and asked them to prove my point. It was agreed they had a problem ( the BT Advisor even tried on my behalf on their own PC).
Because I was going on holiday for 6 weeks and would miss the offer on my return I had no option but to order on-line with the said advisor. She agreed to recredit the "charges" and said that I must apply for the voucher when the service was active ( 11th March).
BT are refusing to award me the voucher because, yes you've guessed it,I applied over the phone !!
Any ideas ?
