Hi , i am getting broadband installed and want to know if talk talk or plusnet are ok?
i like customer service more than anything and thats why im steering away from BT
I think sky is the best company and we dont have virgin in the area. Its just that talk talk and plus net offer great speeds.

If customer service is important to you avoid TalkTalk. Plusnet are better but their customer support has suffered of late.
Have you checked exactly what is available to you here https://www.samknows.com/broadband/broadband_checker
Sky LLU is the best ISP that you have mentioned but there may be other options.0 -
Best Zen or Andrews and Andrews but you pay .
Sky gets reasonably good CS reviews .
TT not if you want CS .
Any of the isp should give the same speed as they will all use the BT line .0 -

Just had a look at uswitch for isp prices and it looks like they mostly "load" the line rental price to be able to offer "cheap" broadband!
Some isps seem to be charging up to £18 per month just for line rental!0 -
Thank you all . Looked like all was £18 like rental really. Sky was £5 month for Internet but speeds between 10-17 .. I forgot about zen0

Why do you think that TT or PN can offer you better speeds than Sky? Are you talking about ADSL or FTTC? Speed is largely determined by distance from the exchange (or from street cab with FTTC), and the local loop will be the same line regardless of whichever supplier you choose from that list. The variation should not be that much.
Customer service and TT? you cannot be serious...No free lunch, and no free laptop
