When you move the washing using the van was it on the box?0

Sounds to me like one of the drum springs might have come off or maybe broken during the move.
If you are capable its fairly simple.
Switch off & unplug the machine.
Pull it away from the wall or from under the worktop.
Remove the top, there may be a couple of screws at the back take them out & slide the top forward & lift it off.
Look inside around the top of the big drum & you should see some large springs.
Have a look to see of they are broken ??
Or become detached ??

I had this problem, but it seems to have eased considerably when I bought an anti-vibration mat (about £10 from Amazon, B&Q, builders merchants). I don't know 100% that this did the trick, because I made several changes at once (retiled floor, moved washer 1 metre to new position etc) but it may be worth a try.0
