I think that's actually RAM, elsewhere it says 'hard drive' 8GB, which will be some kind of flash storage I imagine, as a hard drive would be 1) ridiculous 2) stupid 3) ridiculous 4) see 1 again.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 inch is a good tablet if you want something cheap but fast and reliable with a big screen; also the Sony Xperia Tablets are extremely good but have a big price tag, but if you would be willing to spend that much, then go for it
