Does that include being overdrawn because of the £3/month fee? I always get a text when not enough funds for a DD so can pop up the account but one time I was negative because of the fee & never received a text to warn me. Luckily I happened to check my account that day & topped up before the evening.

I've just set text alerts for below £0 but that's presumably useless also as the alert says "morning balance" and the £3 fee is added later

Your not charged of you go overdrawn less than £10.00.

However you can set up act now alerts so you're alerted by text/email your account has gone overdrawn.

The easiest way to prevent it is not to spend the bank's money - keep your account in credit.
