Nothing else to do except calm down and ignore them like we've said. DO NOT respond to debt collectors again, just Google each letter instead because it will be a template computerised chain, nothing special to you.
Come back of course in the highly unlikely event of a court claim. Keep that letter about the validity of the permit and find out what happens after May, BEFORE May because these firms swoop as soon as permits change to a 'new' version.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad. I won't send anymore correspondance to the debt collectors, although I think I'm going to have a bash at writing a letter to EMH homes with one last effort to get them to cancel the ticket. If that fails then I'll just proceed as advised.0
