littlewoods TV faulty

I recently purchased a new OLED TV from Littlewoods from a friends account
after 1 day of use I noticed some dead pixels on the screen (17 in total)
I asked my friend to request a replacement TV as this was faulty
he quickly called me back and asked it I still had the box (which I did not as it was a massive box for a 55" TV)
he told me that Littlewoods would not arrange a replacement without the packaging?
He gave Littlewoods authorisation for me to speak with them regarding the matter but they will not let me discuss it with them.
I am now paying £44 per week for a faulty TV all I want is a replacement for my £2000 faulty product !!
