Depends on your definition of need I suppose. I sometimes buy clothes that I wouldn't necessarily do so if I was strapped for cash (although pretty much everything I buy isn't full price).

And I'm definitely guilty of buying a few extra items to get my order above the free delivery amount with the intention of returning some of it, then ending up keeping it all (but that's why the set-up works so well). But I never buy/keep anything that won't get worn and do regularly return things that don't fit.
