Sky renewal deal

My Sky broadband fibre deal of £7 a month ends April 14th. Any advice on getting a deal from them. I have tried when I gave my cancellation notice but they wouldn't budge from the standard £20 a month. I phoned this morning but again could get nothing. Don't really want to leave Sky as happy with the service but can't afford £20 plus line rental. Just spoke with talk talk and they're £10 a month or Vodafone free for 6 months, then 15 a month look options, but does anyone have phone or online chat options that I could try at sky. Number I called this morning was 03442 411 653

Basically you call their bluff and leave .

Did that a week ago, nothing and problem with broadband is if I leave it until last minute and they don't produce anything I'll be without for at least a couple of weeks.

Log into MySky and then follow this link https://secure.sky.com/mypackage/update/fibre-unlimited/are-you-switching


Choose "I'd like to switch to another provider, but haven't signed up yet" then click next.


Choose "BT" or any provider really and click next.


Choose "I got a better offer from another provider" Click next


At this point you should get an offer of Unlimited Fibre £10 a month for 12 months with a 12 month recontract. To accept click the button that says "Proceed to Offer" and the accept it.
