Vodafone fibre

Currently have Sky fibre on £7 a month deal, this expires soon and I have given 31 days notice as can't seem to get them to give me any deal other than full price of £20 a month. Vodafone have six months free then £15 a month, also line rental is cheaper. Does anyone have any experience of Vodafone broadband.

It's just another resold BT Wholesale product. If the CS is anything like Voda mobile, then enough said...

Had a few texts offering good deals on fibre from Voda. But its usually the lower speeds and very little if any saving for the 70mb packages.

  • I've just taken a broadband package with Voda, up till now I'm happy enough with the speed/reliability etc.

Only had it a week, & today I phoned inquiring about the years Netflix that I had been promised (password etc) only to be told that the Netflix deal ended in March, I took my deal out on April 7th, & it wasn't a year, it would have been 6mths.

I'm told that the sales rep shouldn't have quoted the Netflix deal as it had finished, & they are sorry, but there's nothing that Voda can do about it. I'm waiting for a phone call from a manager, but not holding my breath.

The annoying thing is I've went out & bought a Amazon Firestick for the sole purpose of watching netflix....ggrr

I was with Vodafone broadband for a 10 days but the speeds during the evening for me where diabolical so exercised my consumer rights and left them within the 14 day cooling off period.

I've had it since Sept and found it quick and reliable, no worse than the BT Infinity 2 I had. Just cheaper.
  • Hi folks,
Hope you don't mind me bumping this thread in the hope that I can get some current feedback from you all on the Vodafone Fibre broadband - is it still good/bad/indifferent?
    Many thanks
