Hello,
I currently have a BT contract I'm my name which is about to end the 18 month term. They have a much better deal for new customer which they won't match for me. If I cancel, do you think my partner, whose name isn't on our bill/account currently could get the deal for new customers only at our current address?
Unfortunate we can't get virgin in our flat and really want fibre broadband so BT currently have a good deal available.
Thanks

Yes but you'll be without service for ~7-10 days.0

They may well ask for evidence of your partner being a new tenant. Some people get away with it, some are outright refused, some are caught up with later on at which point all discounts are removed.
Can you not get a good deal with Sky?0 -
You will also lose your existing telephone number, may or may not be important.0

And you will have to pay BT's cease service charge of, I think, £35."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
