Virgin Media HELP!!!!!!!

Hi,

Firstly hi to everyone

I'm sure there will be advice posted somewhere, but due to the ongoing problem we have with our internet connection (dropping and not letting us back on) I really don't think I will be able to search for the help I need!

Does anyone have an email address that I can use to contact Virgin Media about regarding a complaint??

This is a problem that has been ongoing for roughly 3 months now, they say it's our pc, but after having it checked out, there is nothing wrong with it! The other half is an IT technician so knows his stuff!!

Don't want to bore you but does anyone have an email address that I can send a complaint into v/m?? I spoke to them earlier to be told that 'We don't have one - they just never got round to it'!!! Now surely there must be - I've just spent half an hour on the phone to India to no avail!!

Please help lol

if you call 01256752000 and ask for the complaints department they should be able to help you.

They seem to use web forms rather than email addresses.
