Hi can i ask if anyone knows if i book butlins for 2 people i understand that have to pay for 4 but what about when you choose half board ? do you still have to pay for 4 then? thanks in advance

HI, as long as you only have 2 names down on the booking then you'll only pay half board/linen hire/entertainment passes for 2 people

Have received my confirmation from my chosen holiday park detailing my charges still to pay although the newspaper promotion stated I only needed to pay my £15 per person (June 20th- 24th,Golden sands, rhyl). Anyone else chosen a holiday park with 'no other charges'?

Hi sorry for the stupid question but I can't find a feed anywhere for the codewords for the current promotion? I had an email to say the sun website has been opened and now can't find the code words...
    😩
    Many thanks!

    Hey Essex Boy,

I'm guessing you're currently subscribed to this thread so will get an email notification or otherwise see this post...

Nice to see you're still at it and taking a lead with these on MSE and on the club950 site. Like you I've been using these Sun hols for years and years. It was good to more recently have the advantage option of booking via Sun Perks (ie. free premium membership from collecting the codes on back page of Sun).

Are you aware Sun Perks is closing soon, ie.
"IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUN PERKS CUSTOMERS
After years of 2-4-1 tickets, family fun days out, freebies and more, Sun Perks is coming to an end. Sun Perks will run until mid August - keep collecting your Sun codes to make sure you’ve got enough months banked to get you through.

What will happen to £9.50 holidays?
£9.50 holidays can be booked through Sun Perks in July if you have premium access. This will be the last chance to book £9.50 holidays through Sun Perks. After this, customers can apply via token or code collect in The Sun newspaper."
So, for next year, looks like we will be back to the saga of getting Priority refs, or not, and using the specific code words for each promotion offering and being quick to obtain the last code needed after booking opens (since it's now impractical to try guessing it or using the auto spreadsheet with Sun using letter/number combinations).

Oh well, seems it will be return to some fun again and community spirit on the forums!

    Cheers
    John
