    This is just not true.

    It would save the ASA a lot of time if the UW didn't do any advertising - they wouldn't have to deal with all the complaints they get about their advertising being misleading and false. You can find the adjudications against UW for breaking the advertising rules on the ASA website.

    And on the UW site they make false claims about having supplied the cheapest energy for five years.

    The ASA have upheld complaints about this type of false advertising from them, but they seem to take no notice and just continue.
