Talking of Fake News, let's hope it is not true that Scotland has a £15bn Deficit and a big debt (how much will it be?) and that the SNP are intending to apply to join the EU in March 2019.
Because, on present form, they will have a problem a la Greece for which the current news is
GREECE DEBT DEAL IS OFF! Germany halts bail out demanding MORE austerity and pension cuts
Mind you, the SNP might get lucky and the EU won't want them until they sort themselves out. 10 years of SNP Austerity?Union, not Disunion

I have no problem with the STV system, but one thing I notices was about the split in candidates standing.
In my ward, there were four seats, only contested by 5 candidates.
2 x SNP
1 x Conservative
1 x Labour
1 x Lib Dem
Over the whole district, no party was able to get a majority, hence all the councils are NOC's with exceptions to the Independent overall majorities (Na h-Eileanan Siar, Orkney & Shetland):wall:

When you request annual leave from someone who can approve it at work you don't then inherit the right to take leave whenever you ask for it regardless.
Westminster can say no.
Very poor analogy there Tricky.
Your using the simile that Westminster is saying not now when asked about the referendum (annual leave), but legally, the employee (Scottish Government in your simile) is entitled to leave at some point within the annual period.:wall:

Don't be ridiculous. Westminster doesn't have to prove anything. It has an absolute right to deny anything it wants under reserved powers without even having to give a reason. You really do delude yourself at times.
We are currently still a member of the EU yes?
Surely there's an avenue of considering escalation to the European courts
Interestingly there is not a good track record
Britain has lost 'more than 75 PER CENT' of EU court cases:wall:

How is it a poor analogy, you understood the point being made despite coming up with some tripe that employment legislation is somehow now equivalent to the reserved powers.
Westminster is the boss, they can say yes, they can say no, they can say not now, they can do whatever the hell they want to constitutionally whether you or Holyrood like it or not.0 -

For clarity, the 2014 referendum agreement stipulated that it was for 1 (one) referendum before the end of 2014.
Sturgeon's request to May for another referendum lncluded a cyncal bid for a completely open-ended date.Union, not Disunion
