If I lent my partner my CC to use, and she ran up a debt on it, who's responsible for it, me or her, and could I pursue her if she failed to repay the amount she had spent on my CC?
Thanks

You would be responsible as you are the main account holder and no you couldn't pursue her legally for any amount she has spent / failed to repay.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. Well you shouldn't be lending out your credit cards and presumably letting someone else know the PIN number.
Though as candy apple you would be held liable, as you would be for an additional card on your account if you obtained one for your partner, which is the official way of doing what you propose.0
