Dixons online are cheaper on quite a few items than Currys (I know they are the same group, also Currys will tell you that they and Dixons sell at the same price) Last week I stopped a member of my family buying a Samsung TV from Currys in store until I checked out the price online, not only was Dixons over £100 cheaper than Currys for the same LCD we got 4% cashback from quidco and 2.5% discount of the price using the code DISC01 which with the quidco discount and cheaper price meant she saved over £130.

Heres a link to a range od Dixons discount codes (I don't know how many are still active)

Do you really need these items? A status fridge, cooker and TV? How much will they be worth in a year? Do you have any debts, or a mortgage? Savings?

How long would you have to work to earn the money you're about to waste?

Seems like a crazy way to blow a lot of money to me. And the keeping up with the Jones seems a little insecure IMO.

We bought a load of stuff from Comet last year and I bartered with them so they knocked £150 off the telly and £50 off the washing machine.

Its always worth asking in my opinion.
