Oak Furniture Land - Refusing To Refund

  • My girlfriend and I kitted out a whole home with stuff from Oak Furniture Land at the start of the year and were very happy with the service provided.

One item was defective (split in the wood on a chest of drawers) and once evidence of the damage had been provided, they promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered and the damaged one to be taken away.

You post would better placed in the "Praise, Vent and Warnings" forum.

  • Could you not buy some extra filling for the cushions so that they meet your particular standards of comfort?
(please don't reply with why should I spend more money)
