From everything else you've said I think you're probably right. Are there any walk-in centres near you? Please try to see someone as soon as you can because I worry that things will get harder if you leave it longer.

I hope you manage to get it all sorted out (((( MU ))))

    Mu,

Yes you do. Can you get an emergency appointment at your GP's?

Have you spoken to swain about this? if not then please do so. he is there for times such as this.

    You take care.

Haven't told Swain (complicated started thinking he was the devil, thinking i'd died when i od and this is a weird alternate reality of hell/heaven)

his username is "namewearsprada" which reminded me of the devil wears prada, and i started thinking what if i actually died when i OD last time and what is happening is i'm actually in hell or heaven and all the stuff happening now is not reality bt an alterted reality, thats why things are going ok because the dveil is making them appear ok? sorry its hard to explain

i shall try and get an appointment tomorrow. the phone lines are always engaged until there are no appointments left so will try turning up in person and see if that works. seeing my GP in weeks but not sure i can wait that long.

I am so sorry you are doing this alone.

If you want to PM please do. Not sure what help I can be. But happy to listen to you.

    Take care. Massive hugs

MessedUp.....you have stopped taking your meds and so you are going hyper.
Have you run out of meds?

If you have some, please start them again and please see a doctor as an emergency, even if that means going to a walk-in centre.

Please, please do not wait for your normal appointment; you don't sound right, and you really do need to see someone asap.

You may say that you feel wonderful, but please believe me, you are unwell at the moment, and that is making you feel that way, but it isn't a good 'wonderful', honestly. It is part of you going hyper.

    So,please, please, see a GP as an emergency, please? :A :A :A

    And Hugs (((((()))))))

    MU,

Can you please phone 111 and tell the lovely folk there that you are having mental health issues and need help.

Also some police forces have a Safe Places scheme that may be worth looking into when you are well enough. You could register on that. (Not just you, some other users on here would find it good, I think).

    Hi MU

Another vote here for going to a walk-in centre/ringing 111. If you think hard about your relationship with Swain - part of you knows he's not the devil, so you need some help with your current mental state, not least because it sounds as if you might be cutting yourself off from him. I know you feel wonderful, but it's worth getting help because it will be help for your relationship, even if you don't trust that it's help for your own health ATM.

Pyxis - lovely video but WHAT a high risk strategy! If that man had another knife, the lovely officer could have been stabbed. And I'm surprised the poor distressed man let himself be hugged, for the same reason. Great outcome, though.

A few people sound a bit vulnerable in this summer heat. Take care, all, and look after yourselves and your loved ones xxxxx

My friend of many, many, many years has come in to see me unexpectedly today. She is moving four hours drive away. Not quite moving yet but she has had an operation recently that she only said about today (mind you, the generation that hardly even told themselves about medical issues, let alone their close friends). I am shedding a few tears. Thought I'd come to terms with it but I am struggling with normal sadness but also borderline pd 'spite' at her leaving me and wanting to reject her. (I don't feel spiteful but if I had been younger and didn't understand my mh then I would have been overwhelmed).

Got too much to do this week, but next week will be a breeze in comparison.

ETA: WaS, I miss you too (but I am fine about you not posting if you don't feel able) I assume you are reading anyway. I am still reading when I don't post, and am mostly content aside from some money stupidity.
