Also a quick shout out for people we've not seen for a while - MU, Duke, Dibuzz, Lir, oldestgnome (was thinking about your lovely photos the other day) and anyone my appalling memory has missed.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Yes, hello missing people! I know Duke is fine (hello Duke!) and Dibuzz still says hello to me occasionally but she doesn't log on much. Where are you oldestgnome and MU? Also a wave to my friend metalswan, I miss seeing your thanks!

If I knew that the world would end tomorrow, I would still plant apple trees today - Martin Luther King

It's finished, so they'll be trotting back now, unless they've gone to make a cup of tea first!

    Oh.... And Codemonkey.

    Where is she?

I want to know how the squid dress went.

    Well, well!

A scene of bare shiny torso hammering away at a rock face! :D

Seriously though, the cinematography is superb!

Those still photos in the link I posted for WaS also show some beautiful by the sea shots that will coming up in a future episode.

By the way, WaS, good job you didn't watch it. There was a bad bit.
And there will be more bad bits, so don't be tempted. :A

  • So, while you ladies are all recovering from an hour of swooning over Aidan Turner :rotfl:, I will just remark that Eleanor Tomlinson is quite gorgeous :o

I was at home all week doing DIY, apart from Thursday when I went to my brother's just outside London for my nephew's 7th birthday and somehow ended up building some Lego robot toy that someone had given him! Result is that as of this evening I've built the wall and pretty much finished apart from connecting up the wires (mains, network and satellite / aerial) that I ran through the wall I built, so now have a separate study and spare bedroom, rather than them both being at either end of one big room. Am pleased with the results, though wasn't expecting it to take as long as it did meaning I couldn't do any of the other stuff I had planned for my week off.

Lambyr, depending on what sort of perspective you're looking for, you're welcome to message me (I might be able to help with "being in a relationship with a woman" type questions, but not with those of a "being a woman in a relationship" type). Going to bed now though, back to work tomorrow

  • Now we see why I failed maths, it turns out 100g is not the same as a kilo!!

Experiencing a mental health symptom I have never had before. Other than that one symptom I feel absolutely fine. Would you bother booking in to the GP or just wait and see what happens?

Yeah yeah, like you were admiring the cinematography! :p No, seriously though, yes I do see what you mean as I've seen clips of it.

The Lego robot sounds awesome ono!

Depends what it is I guess Welly, and if it's bothering you to the extent that you feel you need to talk to someone about it.
