    Who turned the temperature back up? I am back where I was last time, losing far too much salt and electrolytes, out of breath at the slightest movement with cramps everywhere and incredibly tired. I am very happy for everyone loving the hot weather but I wish it stop for me. Addison's disease and hot temperatures really don't mix, I need a holiday home in the Arctic.

    I will be whining in a corner of the fort, please throw ice cubes and salt.

    I've put some ice pops in the fort but be quick before they melt.

    Aww, thank you, Torry!

    I just spent money I shouldn't have on a takeaway, salted caramel ice cream! I need the salt, fluid and to cool down. It really doesn't help in the summer that we have flats above and below and either side of us, it is 29c in this flat!

    You'd think that having other flats buffering you would keep you cool.

    Can you create a through draught by opening all the windows?

    Also, on windows where the sun pours in, keep the curtains closed. That really does help to keep the heat out.

    I'm still around, doing my rushing around like a crazy woman impression.

    Moods have not been too bad just recently, just my normal ups and downs rather than the downs I was getting the last time I posted.
    We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
    Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Our office has sash windows (it's a very old building) and mine is open, it's lovely :)

    It's about 20C at the moment, very light cloud, gentle breeze coming through the window and really pleasant here at the moment. Don't really want to be inside writing documentation but out enjoying the weather, hope everyone else is having a good day :)

    Yes, it's deffo cooler today, overcast in a nice way.

    By the way, WaS, it will definitely get cold again after today.
