Morning Shipmates,
Hugs and squishes and handshakes all round and extra ones for anyone who needs them this morning.
Well guess who was tidying there bedroom between 1-2am this morning. yep me just could not sleep. It was about 4am before I got to sleep and then was awake again at 7.30 and then in and out of sleep for just over an hr.
We did have a frost but bright sunshine now. But for how long LOL!!!
Plans as mentioned before husbands for lunch.
Awwww on pet related news. Phoebe likes to pull her litter tray out of the corner so I got some garden twin and tied to her cage. This morning came down to find the litter tray moved and her eating the twine!!!! And she is letting me stroke her a bit more. Was grunting at me the other day. Still not sure how to stop her pooping and weeing on the floor. She has two litter trays and does use them but not all the time when she is roaming. She seems to pick and choose where to go. And if I move the litter tray out side of her cage she goes where I have moved it from LOL!!!!
Hope everyone had a good a night as possible.
Yours

I didn't sleep well either. Just couldn't drop off, and then when I did, I needed the loo. Always happens when I've had a couple of drinks!
Had a fantastic night! Made to feel really welcome, and my Mam did a brilliant job of presenting all the awards! 2 men nigh on scooped up the whole lot between them! They were up and down like yoyo's! :rotfl: Everyone said what a big miss my Dad was as he was the life and soul of these parties and such a gentleman.
The guy who won my Dad's trophy was lovely, couldn't have been nicer! The trophy is for landscapes, and he won with a print of the view from the side of the Lake across to the fell where my Dad's ashes are scattered....how spooky is that! He had no idea and he could have taken a photo anywhere, but it was of that area! Him and his wife were gobsmacked when I told them. I asked him if he would do me a copy of it and he said he would be delighted to.
The food was ok but nothing special, but we didn't have to pay for it, the club paid for our meals which was lovely of them.
Absolutely bucketing down here today, so that walk we had planned won't be taking place lol!0 -
GG,
I am so glad that it went well. what a lovely coincidence about the person who won your dads award.
You take care today.

Wasn't it?Made me so proud the lovely things they were saying about my Dad, and I'm glad it went to a lovely guy with a brilliant photo!
You take care too, and I hope the sunshine stays at least long enough for you to get your husbands garden finished.0 -

GG,
Its a WIP just like mine. I just keeping going back and doing little bits at time. just nibbling around the edges. Rather like eating an elephant. You do it a bite at a time :rotfl:
I even bought some new secateurs last night in Aldi. As I said I would get dessert for today. And want some slightly better ones than the one my husband has got. The last ones I had I let go rusty after using them in and around water
I am off in a min. So everyone have a good day. And hugs and squishes and handshakes to all who need them be it for physical or mental pain or distress you are in today.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for now

I did a little decluttering when I came home from work yesterday. That made me feel a lot better.
I ordered a scrapbooking album and paper for littlewing's school photos last week (very cheap as well, which I was pleased about). So I am planning on doing a bit of that today. It has already paid for itself in restricting what size class photo I have ordered, and I also didn't need to pay extra for mounts etc.
DS had a whole school photo in a little box, rolled up. I am going to look at that to see if I can cut and mount that in his scrapbook. We never look at it.
I feel a lot better about decluttering (or letting littlewing actually use) some memorabilia now that I have an idea of how to arrange the rest so that it is viewable. I decided that I'd rather have a hundredth of what I have now and us all look at it, then have it squashed up where no one dares venture.
Was, have you discussed your hurt with WaSp yet? Don't be too ashamed to do so, he may have an insight as he knows your friend.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

Ours is definitely a WIP! I don't really enjoy gardening at all. I made an effort last year but just can't get the motivation to put some new flowers in. Then in the back garden, the wall needs painted again, we need a new shed, and I'm sure there's 101 other jobs too!0 -
That sounds lovely GG, and nice you can get a copy of the picture too0

I felt cheeky asking at first but him and his wife were lovely and had had the same thought. :A

Check out youtube elsien. There's loads of make up tutorials and eyebrows are the big thing now. Just choose one where the person doesn't have caterpillar eyebrows. I don't get that dad
Hello,
Re tutorials on YouTube, I follow this channel, they are make up artists but they do a lot of simple tutorials too. I've put the link for the healthy glow video, but if you click on their channel, you'll be able to find lots of others.

A model recommends is another good channel in my opinion, she's mum to a young baby, so some of the tutorials are really quick.
Eyebrows- I love rimmels eye brow pencil, used it since a teen & am 36 now! I also like maybellines brow drama, it's a pencil & powder really easy to use. They also do these brow gels with colours in them, but my brows need a bit of filling in before they are any use! Hth xxPlease be nice to all moneysavers!
