Hi, last month plusnet were offering a deal and i think it was unlimited broadband for a year plus £50 cashback. All you had to pay was line rental which worked out cheaper if you paid upfront. I signed up to the deal in a hurry so can no longer remember the package details. Plusnet are now charging me £9.99 a month and i just wanted to get my gacts right. Can anyone remember this deal as it was advertised pn this website. Many thanks in advance

I would ring Plusnet back and ask why they are charging you £9.99/month when they said it was free for 1 year. You could also ask to listen to the recorded conversation that evening when they made the offer to you.0

The terms of the deal would have been confirmed in writing, by email, or in your online account. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
