I signed up for BT Infinity and line rental on 26 Feb this year. My services were all actived the other day. When i siugned up i notivced that the deal was:
£75 mastercard
£75 cashback
However, i have no idea where the link to the deal has gone so i dont know what i need to do, if anythign, abotu getting the £75 cashback. I know the mastercard needed to be activated. I have done this today via the BT site and got an email confriming the £75 mastercard is being processed. Its just the cheque / cashback that i need to know about.
Does anyone have a copy of the link / t&c of this deal?
Thanks
Rob

I think you need this link:

Thanks Andyca but i dont think it was that cashback deal. I'm sure i read that the cashaback was automatic but i have to actually request the mastercard element (which i have done today)
The cashaback was via MSE i think rather than BT plus the T&C on the BT link state the amount is either £30 / £40 / £50 rather than the £75.

Check the sticky thread for the full details:

Others have had similar issues with less cashback than they were expecting. I think your situation is described in the above link.0 -

Can anyone help me locate the VOL... order reference? I've been through every e-mail I've been sent but can't find it. If someone knows what the title of the relevant e-mail is it would be very handy!Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

You may be better reading the multitude of similar threads on the BtT Forums (Billing and Packages section) but the following link should help you find the info you need:-
