Hi,
I've been with them for a few years, no complaints.
Recently moved house and the new line set up was painless too.
The connection is reliable, and I have no issues with the speed.

I have no complaints and had good service when I had a problem (they changed channels for me).
My ADSL speed was up on that previously from O2 (though only up from 5 to 6).0 -
We have been with them 4 years. We switched from BT who denied that we had problems with the line, As soon as we got the same problem with our sky line, Sky immediately sent out the engineer who found the fault and fixed it.Recently the phone stopped working and the man was out and fixed the line within 15 minutes of my calling them.0

I moved from Virgin Media to Sky with installation date of 15th February.
Since the 15th Feb, i've been without broadband or a landline (31 days so far).
They keep telling me there are problems with the installation, but no end in sight to getting me up and running.
Their customer service when you have problems is pretty much non-existent.
I sent a complaint later 2 weeks ago, no response to that.0 -
As long as it's an LLU service and not the dire Sky Connect. Subject to that, I've had good service from Sky, though the good retention deals are getting tougher to negotiate each year in my experience. No free lunch, and no free laptop
