My situation was quite funny with IDEM,

Agreed an arrangement with MBNA who were marking it as AP/DMP (depending on the CRA) who sold it to Moorgate, who marked it as ok as they seemed to take the reduced payment as the contractual payment but the AR markers were still there from MBNA,

3 payments before the end they sold it to IDEM, who removed all trace of MBNA and Moorgate from credit files and marked it as ok for the remainder so now looks like I never had a problem with the account and looks good on my credit file

I know, which is why I never pushed the no CCA despite them admitting they didn't have it

Ok, thought I'd update.....the ICO have been no help what so ever, they have concluded that there is nothing for them to investigate as IDEM are reporting accurately on my credit file. The FSO have carried out an investigation after my complaint and have also concluded that IDEM are doing nothing wrong, by the book, so they can't advise them to put a default on. Annoying to say that least!

Did you agree a arrangement with mbna for a payment for a set amount of months when you entered in to it

Simple, stop paying them until they default

I have stopped paying them, just wished I'd realised how damaging the DM marker was a few years ago and done it then!
