Travel insurance claim?

Either you tell the truth, that's it is at the hotel and you are claiming g for the cost of it being g returned -and if you are concerned about it being damaged arrange the transfer yourself maybe at a higher price. After all many items much more fragile get sent every day and arrives to destination undamaged. Or if you are claiming for a new one you are clearly lying and therefore making a fraudulent claim as can't imagine an insurance company agreeing to a replacement item for something that can just be sent.0

The £60 mentioned is the postage costs to get the original seat posted back
Blimey where do you buy your car seats from? You can get a decent good quality seat for less than £100...
How does someone actually manage to leave a car seat in a hotel and not notice until they are nearly home, surely the whole point would be to use it on the transport to and from the airport and possibly on the plane so it would of become evident it was missing as soon as you've boarded the bus/car?0 -
Interesting. So this board not only gets angry at people who haven't bought travel insurance, it also gets angry at people who want to claim on it...0

To claim for a loss you usually have to have to reported it to the police and to say where/how you came to lose it.0
