Thanks everyone!
I am going to try 2 Saints and CP Plus again, just incase they decide to be kind
I don't really fancy having ZZPS chasing me around - I know you say it probably wont go to court, but as I am a teacher I don't want anything on my record or chasing me haha! But then paying it really makes me cross!
this cannot happen unless you let it happen, so more "homework" needed, learn to be taught as well as to teach
if it goes to court and you lost, the judge would award a judment to the claimant, lets assume he or she said "pay £200 within 28 days" , then this is what you would pay promptly and within the time frame (you would , wouldnt you?) and the matter is deemed to be "settled" - nothing on your "record" (this is civil court, not criminal court)
if you didnt pay it, only then would a CCJ be issued , after 28 days, that would affect your "credit record" - so you should avoid this by paying promptly
read these 2 posts , posts #12 and #13 in this thread, written over 12 months ago but still valid

learn the subject you are talking about, that way you dont make incorrect assumptions
good luck with aldi/2 saints , CP Plus
if appealing to CP PLUS, only use the blue text BPA template letter from post #1 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, dont alter it
if writing to 2 saints etc, make sure you use third party language, so you dont dob the driver in , there is no need to give them information they can pass onto the claimant to use in their claim - so dont do it
no "me , myself or I"0 -
Again massive thanks to everyone!
I am learning for sure from all of this, so I am very appreciative!
Will give Two Saints a go, and see what happens from then on.
The letter I received from ZZPS says they pass it onto Wright Hassel Solicitors - can they then take me to court?
So annoying! But so glad I stumbled across this site

ZZPS can not take you to court
the original PPC can instruct a solicitor to do court but not ZZPS
most tripe that originates from WH is just debtcrawler stuff on solicitor headed note paper .....
try searches for wright hassel to see the extent of this dubious scam
good luck

WH can't on behalf of ZZPS - they both are acting in a debt collection capacity. WH will be just attempting to apply another turn of the rack. Only CP Plus (any solicitors involved will have to be acting for them, not ZZPS) or the landowner can sue via the Small Claims Court. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Right okay thank you!
Sorry, I know some of my questions probably seem a bit ridiculous! But I am a bit more at ease with it all, as I really was starting to panic and it was my last thought at night and in the morning!
So I really do appreciate the support
