Hilarious 'pappa golf' ...the internet is such a snide place. Constant jibing and prodding at other people! I asked for help but didn't write in proper paragraphs, I also don't understand parking fine jargon... So what! I'm studying Fashion and Media Makeup, academic writing isn't my strong point no. But I certainely have more about myself than to spend time mocking others on the internet who are asking for a bit of help0

It is not a fine.
The jargon is explained in the NEWBIES thread in the Acronyms post. Printing it out so you can refer to it often makes understanding things easier.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

We all help everyone here. I helped. I wrote your first appeal. I put it in blue writing in the NEWBIES thread. You only have to copy it.
Are you trying to read a forum on a phone? Try a laptop and you will see. You do understand the NEWBIES thread unless English is not your first language. You can read words, even if there are several of them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got home and posted on here pretty quickly. Haven't done a massive amount of research as never had a parking ticket before. No idea what the bmpa is, but thank you for the links will have a look through them now0

I can assure you that you will get more of these private parking tickets at various places, supermarkets , airports, leisure centres , doctors surgeries , hospitals , retail parks, train stations , etc
so you really do need to get clued up or you will rack up a fortune in charges and possibly be taken to court for non-payment , where it could be £100 to £200 , not £30
use a laptop and do the research
look at parking cowboys (google it)
look at BMPA - google it
look at POPLA - google it
look at PARKING PRANKSTER`s blog site and website - google it
research is the key, and that NEWBIES sticky thread is the best free advice you will ever receive
this may be your first speculative invoice, it definitely will not be your last , so check the signs in future and only park in marked bays0 -

You just need to submit the first appeal in blue writing in the NEWBIES thread for now and will then have a couple of weeks at least to read the rest at your leisure. None of this can be properly researched on a phone.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
