confirm: the invoice clearly states £60, with a deduction down to £50 if paid quickly and the company is called Minster Baywatch

Read other threads . If you can't understand advice on other threads on here, then I would personally pay the £30 as it does require a certain level of understanding and effort and I wonder if you seem up to it from your posts.

This is a money saving site and sometimes that may mean paying the lower charge for some people.

as this is a windscreen ticket you appeal it around day 25 using the blue text appeal , no admissions as to who was driving, so dont change that template at all

if they fail to cancel they will give you a popla code

as a student, I assume you can use google search ?

if so, google popla and read their website , this tells you all about the popla appeal process

post #1 of the newbies sticky thread has the blue text template initial appeal to M B

post #3 has links to suitable popla appeals you can crib from for your own BESPOKE popla appeal

What would be the best way to improve the sticky to make it more understandable?

Clearly if you are a student you'll have a higher than average education so it's a bit worrying that the sticky is not clear enough.

Suggestions of how to represent the information would be welcome to most here.
