 Read other threads . If you can't understand advice on other threads on here, then I would personally pay the £30 as it does require a certain level of understanding and effort and I wonder if you seem up to it from your posts.

            as this is a windscreen ticket you appeal it around day 25 using the blue text appeal , no admissions as to who was driving, so dont change that template at all
 if they fail to cancel they will give you a popla code
 as a student, I assume you can use google search ?
 if so, google popla and read their website , this tells you all about the popla appeal process

 What would be the best way to improve the sticky to make it more understandable?
 Clearly if you are a student you'll have a higher than average education so it's a bit worrying that the sticky is not clear enough.
